Morningside Private Investors was founded in 1987 with the backing of the Chan family to invest in privately held businesses. Since our founding, our approach has been to partner financially with growing manufacturing, service and distribution businesses undergoing ownership transition or industry change.

We make long-term investments in companies that are in an ownership transition or experiencing industry change.

We look for companies with defensible, competitive barriers in their markets, and where business growth and equity value creation opportunities are possible through product/service/geographic expansion or through add-on acquisitions.
